All of our Embroideries are Personalizations, in that they are only created per order. We offer a variety of Towels and other items for our Embroideries, making your order even more personal to you. Our work is produced in a smoke-free, pet-free environment, thereby providing our customers with high-quality workmanship. We are more than pleased with our finished product, and we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Because all orders are created per customer order, they can take up to 2 weeks to complete. But we will do our best to start and complete an order as soon as we can.

Return Policy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however, due to the "personal" nature of personalizations, these are none refundable. If there is a problem with the quality of our workmanship, we will gladly accept your return, providing a refund or item replacement. You must contact us via email within 5 days of receipt of your purchase to arrange a return and confirmation. No returns are accepted due to refusal of delivery or without a prearranged confirmation for return. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. We do make note of every item that we produce before shipping them.
Shipping. We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Hours of Operation. Working hours are Tuesday-Friday 9:am-4:pm we are not open on the weekend.
